While traveling with us you will experience the vast array of wonderful food available from Northern Italy. Vegetarians might find the menu selection in Northern Italy in winter less varied than they would see in America/Australia. However restaurants in Italy strive to do a great job at catering for those who have various dietary requirements and/or allergies. Every restaurant on their menus lists in detail which items on the menu that are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerant and gluten free foods. They also list ingredients that may have affect those with common food allergies.
Small Group Travel
With all small group trips you will be exposed to all the pleasures and some of the frustrations of traveling in a group. I ask you to be understanding of the various needs and preferences of your group. Patience with your fellow travellers is sometimes required for the benefit of everyone’s holiday. We have found that the best trips are those where the dynamics within the group work well – this takes just a little effort on your part.
