An Italian Ski Holiday

Small group tours of 4 to 12 people;
Fully guided with qualified Australian nordic and telemark ski instructor;
Downhill, skating or striding (classic) in the best locations in Northern Italy, including the Dolomites, Livigno and Valle di Aosta;
Our Italy ski trips are all inclusive- accommodation, ground transport, taxes, ski trail passes, all breakfasts and most dinners.

  What a great ski holiday Nordic Ski Adventures put on for us. We turned up in Milan and Pete took care of the rest of the trip, travel, hotels, ski hire, lift tickets and even some of the evening meals. The two lodges we stayed in were just fabulous. I am so glad you took the time to find them for us. The ski days were catered to our level of expertise while pushing us to work hard and improve our skiing. Pete had a great knowledge of the resorts which made the trip even better. So thanks again Pete and I would not hesitate recommend Nordic Ski Adventures to anybody looking for great downhill skiing holiday.   11 days of exceptional skiing on well groomed trails, in a variety of ski areas including Livigno, Val Mustair (in Switzerland), Dobbiaco and St Cristina, stunning Dolomite scenery and a well organised trip.

Peter, from Nordic Ski Adventures, is a great guide with a thorough knowledge of the ski trail networks. He was able to provide advice on the best trails to ski for the varying skiing abilities within the group, the time available, the individuals choice of skis - skate or classic, rest stops along the way (ideal spots for lunch or a hot drink), public bus options for reaching new trails or ski out/bus back options and whether you wanted a big day of skiing or a more restful sight seeing day.

  I cannot recommend Nordic Ski Adventures highly enough! With a busy lifestyle it was a relief to be able to schedule a holiday and leave the logistics to Peter.  Once we landed in Italy we didn’t have to worry about transport, finding the best ski trails or restaurants as Peter had this all under control as well as tips about where to eat and shop, leaving us more time to enjoy the magnificent skiing.

We took the 12 day itinerary which was an excellent way to sample numerous resorts and terrain.  Peter was always on top of the conditions and was flexible enough to offer alternatives if the intended resort didn’t have perfect conditions.

With a diverse range of skiers in our group we didn’t always ski together and Peter always made sure that everyone had the information they needed to have a great day.

Cross country skiing in Italy was incredible! No day was the same, every day we skied different trails with breathtaking scenery.

  Oh my what a fantastic package! I started researching cross country skiing in Italy and was so overwhelmed by all the potential destinations, logistical complexity, and not to mention the language barrier. Hence  I was super excited to find  Petes Nordic ski Adventures, where all the guess work  has been thoroughly and professionally researched. I have limited time whilst travelling so with everything planned , accommodation, transport, destinations and a lovely balance of dinners decided (with still some space for spontaneity) I am most impressed!

  This was a trip of a lifetime. I have done a lot of my own outdoor adventures and am very much an outdoor girl however going with Nordic Adventures was such a wonderful experience I will be doing many more organised trips. It was so relaxing not having to deal with all the logistics. Pete's knowledge, organisation and experience was fantastic. The skiing was something I've never experienced, scenery breathtaking , accommodation and food so authentic. Can't wait to book again.

Pete provides pick up from Milan, visiting varying ski resorts. He tailors the experiences to match the groups needs. Pete organises all accommodation and venues for meals.    Nordic Ski Adventures Italian Italian XC Ski experience
Our Italian XC Ski experience with Nordic Ski Adventures was fantastic. The tour was well planned, itinerary with beautiful scenery, charming accommodation and great food. Pete our enthusiastic guide was very knowledgeable, organised, timely and easy going. He ensured all parties safety and continued enjoyment when Covid struck.    Authentic, fun, spectacular ski trip.
On my bucket list for years and Nordic Ski Adventures did not disappoint in realising the drwam. Incredible skiing (alpine and some x-c), long runs, great snow, amazing postcard (insta-worthy) scenery everywhere. Peter made it all easy, organised transfer, tickets, characterful authentic chalet/hotels to stay in, knowledgeable about local culture and restaurants. We had a ball. Highly recommended and worth every cent.

   Amazing Nth Italy Ski trip with Nordic Ski Adventure
I joined a group ski holiday in northern Italy, and loved every minute of it! The snow, trails, scenery and weather was amazing! Equally enjoyable was the fact that all of the research, planning and booking was done for me! The best ski locations, accommodation options, transport to a variety of locations - it was all provided. Pete, our guide was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our trip and offered lots of helpful advice. The skiing was like nothing I have experienced in Australia, and so it was great to have a whole new learning experience. I would totally recommend this trip, or any other customized trip, to anyone who loves to ski and experience life!
