I, the undersigned, acknowledge, and agree that

1. Nordic Ski Adventures will do everything possible to ensure the safety of all the participants. However, skiing sports are potentially dangerous to personal safety due to environmental and weather conditions, e.g. sudden weather changes, ice and snow conditions, poorly groomed tracks, obstacles of all kind, steep slopes, high winds etc.
2. Nordic Ski Adventures will not be held responsible for any and all weather and environmental events which adversely affect the value and enjoyment of my trip.
3. Nordic Ski Adventures are not responsible for all and any third party decisions on closures of ski resorts, ski trails, road, and hotel closures due to extreme weather events or otherwise or any other such decisions outside Nordic Ski Adventures which may impact my trip with Nordic Ski Adventures.
4. Nordic Ski Adventures’ staff are authorized to administer first aid in the event of an injury of whatever nature during the activities, should I be unconscious and/or not in full possession of my mental faculties.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby fully release and hold harmless Nordic Ski Adventures (including its owner, employees, and sub-contractors) from any and all liability for any loss, cost, death, injury or damage which I may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of my participation in a trip, or any breach of the Booking Terms and Conditions.
6. Any claim by me is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or economic loss, however, it arises, or for indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages and any such claim I may have against Nordic Ski Adventures is limited only to where the claim is a result of Nordic Ski Adventures negligent acts and such claim is limited to the total amount I have paid to Nordic Ski Adventures for my trip.
7. Any disputes in connection with a trip or a booking with Nordic Ski Adventures must be initiated in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
8. The images taken and video recorded by me during my participation in Nordic Ski Adventures will not be used for purposes other than private and domestic use.
